All things edible in the kitchen garden at the Honeyapple Meadow estate are depicted in this sampler, from trailing pea plants to nasturtiums spilling from terracotta pots, from apple trees and vegetable beds to pots filled with strawberries, chives and mint.
But the gardener is having a difficult time. There's an ongoing battle with the snails, while a sneaky rabbit is harvesting vegetables for dinner and the chickens have got in and are destroying the neat rows of endives...
A variety of stitches, two types of linen and raised details are used to bring the garden to life, adding depth and rich texture for a stunning finish.
